On the Chakkar-Boileauganj stretch, many a time, trucks dump soil right in the middle of the road, obstructing the traffic. They bring soil and debris from the nearby construction sites. This causes inconvenience to the commuters. These activities should be checked.

Land dug up to lay sewage pipe
The laying of sewage pipe in lower Totu, Shimla, has become a cause for concern for businessmen and commuters. When it gets windy, the dust from the dug-up area flies into shops, spoiling their goods and eatables. Also, commutes passing through the area face problem.
